Our Irish HeritageMick and Adrian grew up in Ireland and have been working in the restaurant industry for a combination of 52 years. They've each managed family restaurants and spent time in assistant management of the restaurant facility at Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland.Mick’s been in the Burien area for some time and previously owned an Irish Pub in Wallingford. Adrian came across the great pond a few years back; having worked for years in the family pub back home. Besides the obvious Irish beer on tap (Smithwicks, Harp, Magners Cider, Guiness) you'll also find a range of Irish food specialties. Guiness Beef Stew, Harp Lager Fish and Chips, Corned Beef and Cabbage, and don't forget the Bailey's Irish Cream Cheesecake!
